Sean D. Johnson is Of Counsel at Brophy & Bland PLLC. Sean is a successful, versatile, and effective attorney with a proven track record of achievement. Sean brings experience in complex commercial litigation from previous roles at Reid Collins & Tsai LLP and Diamond McCarthy LLP. He holds a 2006 Juris Doctorate @ Seton Hall University School of Law where he was a member of the Juvenile Justice Clinic and a Bachelor of Arts, Government, from the University of Texas at Austin. Recently, Sean was instrumental in procuring a large a jury award in a civil rights case on behalf of Plaintiff Teliah Perkins in Perkins, et al. v. Hart in the United States District Court - Eastern District of Louisiana, which was affirmed by The United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
